Contract for selling pony- HELP please on content??

Some of you know that some people viewed my pony yesterday and want him. They have just phoned and we have settled on a price and they are going to pay full for him when they collect him, but if they are not happy with him they can bring him back and be fully refunded within 4 weeks. They are having him vetted at theirs.
I know he is going to a fantastic home but I want a contract to say the conditions of the sale.

So what do you think needs to go in it?? Help Please

Could you tweak the BHS loan agreement?
Make sure it says that any injuries are their problem, and cover worst cases like breaking down or something.
