Control of Horses Act 2015 - New/Amended Legislation
The provisions of the Control of Horses Act 2015 commence on 26th May 2015 and amend the Animals Act 1971 to enable local authorities to deal with horses that are unlawfully in public places and to enable freeholders and occupiers to deal with horses that are unlawfully on their land.
