We are inheriting one with the new house. It's not road worthy and I've been thinking about converting it to a movable hen house.
Has anyone else done similar?

Alternatively I can try and sell it as a project for someone else but I do want/need a movable poultry house so it seemed a reasonable solution. Any suggestions or tips welcome...

A friend has one for a pig shelter which works very well. Do be aware that due to the popularity of mobile food and drink vans, the value of them has shot up. You could probably sell that and have more than enough money for a purpose built hen house. Have a look on FB marketplace and ebay for an idea of value.

Depending on the condition youd be looking at 400 to 1600 for it, so not small amounts. But equally it would onvert easily Sort out some flooring, add perches and done.

This is why I've increased the value of my trailer with the insurance company - mines a Bahill I believe. Because people can convert they are going for quite a bit of money and I'm concerned that if mine gets stolen its insured properly.
