cool gaiter question

Hi,
Has anyone used the airbourne cool gaiter? It doesn't say anything in the instructions about putting anything between it and the skin but I thought you always had to when using any form of ice pack?? Want to be super careful as he has been clipped for a scan and has bald pink skin!

I would of thought so, otherwise he would get freezer burn?

How about a tubie grip, that White tube bandage humans use, it would stay in place with no wrinkles if you get the right size.

Yeah that's what I thought, will use a cloth or something for tom but tubey grip good idea, thanks
