Cool Mix

I wondered if that might be the case, I had him on top line conditioning cubes and he was fine on them. I only changed as he doesnt really need a conditioning feed, but I think now ill go back to them since they were keeping him sane!
 
cool mix is no more cool than a hot poker up the a*se imo. My horse would be a lunatic after that in his breakfast, and our old yo insisted on spiking his feed with it (just for spite, i am sure).
I'm on top spec leisure and haven't had any probs with that.
 
Cool mix used to send Fly mad as a hatter! Eventually, I stopped any source of cereal and put both boys on Baileys low cal and Dengi Hifi light.

As soon as I stopped the mix I had a happy pony and both horses looked fantastic, I'd never feed it again

Cool Mix sends mine loopy as well.
I feed Primero Equine Total now which looks like mix with a bit of chaff, but keeps them all sane and looking good.

thats what i think too...have swopped the asbo onto ride and relax....no molasses and he has quiettened down a bit...now its just his nerves that we need to work on!!
