I learnt something yesterday too - While having my foot xrayed at A&E the radiographer kept refering to the 'navicular region' in my foot... I'd never thought of us as having a navicular region so the nerdy side of me got quite excited when I overheard his mutterings
And yes my 'hoof' is broken
