has anyone used this feed product. i have used this feed for many years on many different horses. it is made from coconut after the milk has been removed for other purposes. it contains totally natural fibre and oil. you soak it like you would sugarbeet. it is great for conditioning or incresing stamina. and it does not over heat them. it gives them a lovely shiny coat. i have used it for youngstock too. iam so pleased with this product fro all the horses i have had over the years, and have recommended it to loads of people. thought i would share this little piece of genious with you all.

A girl at my yard uses it for her TB. It does make his coat lovely and soft (I could cuddle him all day!) and it smells good, but it also makes him poo like mad... mucking out his stable is an awful job.

CHARMAINE.... i think your friend may be feeding it either too wet or feeding too much for his needs. i have used it on all manner of horses and never had this problem. x

Thanks for the info. Have looked on internet but can't find where to buy it from. How much is it and for what weight bag? Most conditioning formulas are very expensive. such as Saracen Equijewel.

if you look on the coolstance web page it gives local distributers. i pay 18 per bag but it makes up to 4 times its volume. i feed it in addition to nuts alpha and sugar beet to the oldies and the lightweights!. Keeps them fat and shiny tho some horses dont like it and can snuffle it out of the feed and leave it! Equijewel is rice bran i think.

I pay £16 per bag, I only use it over winter and all summer my boys coat has been gleaming. Helped when one vet said to pts and the other said not when he looks so well! How much do you feed? Put my boy back on it but cant remember how much i fed last year. I'm feeding about 350 g but thinking i should be using more.

hi all, i use it for my youngstock, but do give an additional vits and mins supplement (pink powder). i pay £15 a bag and this lasts at least a month. longer if only on a couple of horses. ihave never found a feed that does what this does at such a reasonable price .
