Have just picked up a bottle of the stuff from vets to get rid of my mini's lice problem. Instructions on the box re lice are a bit vague, do I just lightly swipe it over the entire coat or do I really need to get my hands in and get it down to their skin? 100ml seems like a small amount to cover the whole body!

Surely the vet you got it from would be the best people to ask - just call them.

As a suggestion though - a lot of flea preparations for cats and dogs are just a few drops on the collar area so yes 100ml could do the job.

I've just bought some today too! Would love to see relpys as I have the same question. I've also read somwhere about just drizzling the 10ml from withers to dock?

Just drizzle the 100ml from withers to dock, it will spread just like the similar products used for fleas on dogs. It really does work - have faith.

Use a clean cloth, put the Coopers on the cloth and wipe from poll to tail down the ponies back. Do that I think ever day / other day and that should be enough. You don't need to soak them in it, and don't put it where they can lick or get to. So just a good line down the back.

Hope that helps. Also keep away from eyes, ears, bottoms etc as it's very sensitive and shouldn't be gotten too near to them.

Ok thanks for that, think I will go with the withers to dock drizzle, sounds like the least messy way of doing it.
Mcnaughty - the vets just read me the instructions from the box :/ you can't beat hho for advice from people who have actually used the product themselves :)
