Looks like it's country lanes on Google maps. If you look on bing maps you can use their OS facility to look for bridleways.

You should be able to get up to Titterstone Clee from there.

The group doesn’t quite go to the areas mentioned but may help you.
If you are ok facebook I would join the Shropshire South riding club facebook group and ask on there.
