Cornish Folk?

Anybody heard of a Mr M J Hooper who is from Cambourne in Cornwall? Just bought a horse and he was the first registered owner and keen to trace the history. Horse is an Appaloosa x cob mare.

I found that one. He is a manager at AddAir, previously at Camborne school of mines. Looks fairly old around mid 60's
