Sorry to post twice in one evening- i'm not attention seeking promise :p

I'm going on hound exercise in the morning and i'm a bit unsure....

Lost a bit of weight and only have a navy show jacket that fits (hacking jacket is just too big now and looks like a sack) should I wear a shirt and tie or stock (my stock is yellowy/cream)?

Thank you FYI i know it is not necessary to plait but i have because he has a bog brush mane and i like him to look smart. If its not correct to wear the stock I want to know as don't want to go looking 'all the gear and no idea':o

Have also posted on Hunting but more folk around NL....

I would not wear a stock, shirt and tie is more correct but in your situation I would probably rather wear a smart everyday jacket than a navy one if the tweed is really unsuitable. At this time of the season there will be a range of turnout, farmers will often turn up very casually dressed if they have time to get out:).

Thank you just been through some old stuff and found a tweed from years ago .... and it fits!!! Got a black collar :o (navy hat and tie) but needs must.

Thank you for replying though!
