Correct IH dress for Sec A handler.

What is the correct dress for handlers with Section A's and should a hat be worn. Pony is grey, dark grey legs, 1 white sock.

Currently wear in summer light fawn/cream trousers, long sleeved white shirt, navy tie with yellow spots, yellow check waistcoat. In winter I wear a tweed jacket as well or instead of waistcoat.

Sound fine, I always wear a hat in hand. I have an old velvet riding hat but a trilby type or flat cap would do too.

A hat is correct, but you'll be in the minority in welsh in hand classes if you have one. Trainers are also the usual footwear.

Sorry to hijack post but do people trim Sec a whiskers or are they left au natural? I know manes and tails can be pulled to look natural also are feathers trimmed at all or left flowing freely?

I trim ears, jaw & muzzle, pull mane when it gets too long but not touched tail or feathers.
