Hi, does anyone know the correct showing attire for

Part bred arab classes
Riding horse
Small working hunters

I have a grey horse, so have a blue tweed jacket. What colour gloves, colour tie (stock???) boots and hat??? Does the strap on the hat have to be flesh coloured?

Its driving me potty trying to find a definitive answer. Thanks

Ok will try and suggest an outfit for all three!

Tweed jacket will take you anywhere except perhaps hack classes and riding horse/PBA after mid day at county shows so tweed is pretty 'safe'.

Choose a pale coloured shirt (cream/blue perhaps?) with a toning tie to go with your jacket and a navy hat will go better too. A flesh coloured harness looks smarter and more professional.

Traditionally gloves should be some shade of brown/tan, never black (something to do with Victorian ladies in mourning) and white just looks plain daft except for top level dressage. Hope that helps

I have a grey PBA too and I wear a greenish tweed hacking jacket, a cream shirt and a burgundy tie with small gold spots. Axey wears a green/gold/burgundy browband. Brown gloves, blue hat with a flesh harness and a brown showing cane.

Good luck, your blue sounds fine.
