correct tack for working hunter pony

Doing some workers soon and just need to check correct tack.
Pony has to wear a flash but his current one is raised leather and a plain raised browband. Do you think we will get away with that as no one seems to make a flat flash noseband? Please do not jump on me for using a flash,I don't particularly like them but pony hates it when you take it off and goes better in it.

Either that or get a plain wide cavesson and use those converters - though i think a flash looks better without a wide noseband personally.
