I'm hopefully getting my first pony or horse soon. it'll be kept on grass livery and won't be ridden. I kinda worked the costs out as follows -

livery - £20 p.w.
hay if not provided - help please??
vaccinations - £70 per year
hoof care - £20 for a trim every six to eight weeks
worming - £10 every six to eight weeks

my 2 yr old costs me

£65 per month livery
£20 feed - high fi and fast fibre he shares feed with mare, it normally lasts a month for them both
£20 trim, 8 weeks
£25 insurance
£10-20 wormer, every 3 months
£16 a month vet plan, which covers vaccs, teeth and sedation once a year, a worm count and equest pramox wormer + 50% discount on all other call outs through out the year!

Rugs, coz he's out growing them a a rate of knots, I have just bought him second hand ones!

oh yeh and hay, £4.50 a bale! 1 bale every 2-3 days from Nov to Feb/March

My grass kept horse costs about 150 a month spread over the year including annual things and insurance. Your livery is more than my field but as you won't need shoes it will probably even out :-)

Most of the time she costs under 100 but I budget that much to account for everything.

Being nosey but how come it won't be ridden, do you just want a pet? I don't think it would cost much more if you wanted a ridden one other than tack obviously...
