Riders Rasp - I've got one, and it is ok, but expensive for what it is.
I use a Surform shaver tool, like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/STANLEY-S...hash=item5d64560507:m:mGMOwc_kzOfp4qQWnR_zePg Replacable blades and easier to handle than a full size rasp, which you can either blag off a farrier or get from somewhere like Robinsons.
The Riders Rasp is better for putting on a bevel.
