Cost of arena hire for the day for riding clubs/groups?

I am trying to work out how much we should charge organisations to hire our new arena (60x30 combi ride, with full set of Jump for Joy jumps and plenty of fillers), with plenty of parking for things like clinics etc - but not for full scale competitions as we only have the one arena. Any ideas welcome - we are located near Hereford, and want to attract local riding clubs or pony clubs to use us, so want to give a competitive rate. Any help very welcome!

thanks for the response - think we are looking at a lot less than that as only one arena but it is useful to see how different places charge, and that they excluse insurance, which I imagine most RC/PC will have anyway

Our Club pays between £15 and £25 an hour at various indoor/outdoor venues. We usually take our own jumps.
