cost of building stables

How much approx. does it cost to have a block of three 12'x12' wooden stables built including a concrete base with a tack room on the end? This would be using a company/builder to supply and erect them. I also want a small concrete area extending beyond the stables large enough to allow horses to walk around on which would need fencing around plus a gate. Has anyone ever had anything similar built and how much did it cost you?

5-10k? What we did was get a mag *h&h is good oh and freebie ones at tackshops* then go on every advert website a order cat etc etc.

I think youre probably looking at about £3500 - £4000 for the building (looking into building another 3 myself this summer). The concrete could well run up to about that much, to cover the area you are planning.

Friend had this done by Chart Stables a few years ago. 3 stables, tack room plus lean to haystore. Concrete yard, fenced with post & 3 rails and two gates. Think it cost her approx. £15000
