i pay £90 per horse per month DIY
YO will bring in/out and look after while im n holiday!
got sand school thats a good surface
post and railed fields-ve got 3 for y two horses two smaller ones and one large one,with shelters in each.stables are set in american barn style so you can muck out in the dry/warm.stables have windows to outside so not dusty in the stables at all.turn out etc is to my own discression and she doesnt interfere at all!
and there are only her 3 horses and one other livery on the yard so lovely and quiet,no bitching,no hay/feed stealing.
stables are matted and we have water/electric on site.own large lock up,can get feed etc from where-ever i choose.
hacking-beach is 40mins hack away,have got 3 nice bridle paths nearby.
