Cost of MRI at RVC (or elsewhere)?

Hi all, does anyone have any recent experiences with MRIs at RVC and what they would be charging? Just got referred to neurology there, collie sized dog, guessing it's for spine and head. Previous specialist we saw mentioned I should maybe expect a spinal tap as well (I think they mentioned meningitis?).

Also, any other clinics with neurologists and MRIs within London (particularly if on the East London side) people would recommend if the wait list turns out to be too long?

For a CT scan, which I understand to be similarly priced? I paid £1150 for the first area plus £780 for additional areas.

This was 11 months ago.

We used Southern Counties Vet Specialists. Hampshire.

£2800 at Fitzpatricks on a weekday, £3500 at the weekend. Pretty sure RVC was the same.

Noel was amazing as always, would definitely recommend. Whole team were just lovely

MRI at the willows in Solihull was £1000 2 years ago for my flatcoat. She went on to have splenectomy under the same anaesthetic total bill over £7000
