cost of roofing a school

Hi has anyone done this? Am looking at costs ( incl PP ) to roof an existing 20x40 school as well as covered walkway ( around 10ft ) to the stables - can anyone give me an idea of cost?

Very much depends on spec but around £100k.

Are we talking just roofing it?
You need a steel frame and some roof sheets, it doesn't have to cost an earth, but won't be cheap because of the width.

There are companies that sell 2nd hand steel frame buildings... Don't know any specifics, but may be worth a google

Or you could look into though 'poly tunnel' types? Out local equestrian centre has one and its excellent!
