Mine were done at the start of this month. The two who did not need treatment were £28.08 inc VAT each. The one that needed rasping was £58.00 inc VAT. The call our was £55 inc VAT and the vet also did vaccinations in the same visit.

I think my good edt is about £65 from memory, he prefers to do without routine sedation.

I’m not sure what my vets charge as all mine are on a £12/month plan and they get an annual basic dental incl sedation if required as part of the plan

I usually use an EDT who is £50.

Just because he was ony done yesterday & for a chuckle, Dave doesn't do "light sedation". He gets the full up dose.....
He has smashing gnashers though.

Mine was £160, inc sedation and call out. Had to get vet to do it, as horse requires sedation, and also needs sedating to have a look at the teeth, probably never had them done before in her life!

£140 ish incl call out and mandatory sedation for vet.

No prizes for guessing who I use!!

Given my remote location, we have twice yearly visits from an EDT. Given their travel costs and away from home accommodation, we expect to pay a bit more. For some time the EDT charged £80 per pony. Then he stopped coming and we now have someone else at £65 per pony. This one uses power pack tools, so is much quicker and quieter. The pony who had always before required sedation, now does not. And he did not charge at all for checking the 3 year old’s teeth were all coming through properly, getting her used to the gag, and putting light tools on her teeth to get her used to the feel. This one also provides charts of the ponies’ mouths, with what has been done. Pretty good value, and excellent service!

The guy I use charges £72 per horse to come out to just 1 and then £60 if there are 2 or more.

Just had my bill, it was £92 + VAT just for a rasp, no sedation. Plus the callout fee (but I shared that with the owner of the other pony here).

EDT £55 for the pb Welsh, but the idiot full Welsh cob had to full full sedation and vet this week, and was £165 good Job we love him…
