Just had a Toblerone hot chocolate from Costa.

They've changed the cream, it was like a cheesecake type of consistency, really unusual and very nice. Anyone else tried it yet?

They also do a Terry's Choc orange and a Gingerbread and cream in latte or hot chocolate.

NO NO to Costa ? Bucket of warm milk with flavours, no thank you!* I like Caffe Nero and their proper strong coffee. My winter treat is their Caramel Latte with the whipped cream on top. Mmmmm. A full day's calories in a mug. And totally worth it.

*This is just my opinion, I realise that lots of people enjoy a Costa and this is also (although I say this begrudgingly) a perfectly legitimate opinion.

I used MyProtein buttery biscuit flavour drops in my normal latte in the morning and it makes it really rich and delicious all year round - I will aos be trying these Costas though when I get enough beans to get a free one (I use Costa Express in Tesco when I travel into the office)

I‘m certainly no coffee connoisseur but I’m often surprised at how little some of the expensive lattes and cappuccinos at some places don’t even taste of coffee. I get told off by my children for going in McDonalds in other countries but I know I’ll get a coffee I like at a not rip off price!

I wouldn't go to Costa (or Starbucks) if I want a really good coffee but if I want a sweet creamy flavoured drink with a hint of coffee, they tick the box nicely!

I might have to try that myprotein flavour, next time I order from them!

Noooo, I have lost weight and am fighting to maintain. I think one Costa with cheesecake type cream would blow the budget (as in calorie/sugar/fats) for a week!!!

I even had Evian water at a bonfire party on Friday. Felt slightly less guilty for the small slice parkin cake that jumped on me.

Odd part of the forum you've posted this in, B, New Riders, not sure new Costa hot chocolate counts there ?
.
