Well as promised, another update on my running/fitness/ healthy eating progress.
I did week 2 second run tonight and dare I say I quite enjoyed it
even though it was a little chilly.
Ive lost another 1lb this week total loss 11lbs. Oh and from last week to this week 1.5 inches off my waist!!
I seem to have bags more energy and even took oh & daughter swimming on the weekend.
Only trouble I'm having now is eating more calories, because I'm burning about 380 when running I have to then eat 380 more to ensure I eat my total of 1200 for the day. Is this right
