Coughing

Hi everyone just looking for some words of wisdom really with my boy, having recently moving him I've had to switch his haylage with hay and ever since he's had an intermittent cough, have been wetting it but doesn't seem to make much of a difference for a while he was a bit snotty but that's been clear for about a week but he still can't shift the cough, noticed tonight that he was doing it when eating his dinner and then noticed he was quidding a little and after finishing was stretching his tongue around and twisting it could it be a teeth problem causing his cough or maybe an obstruction am phoning the vet in the morning to come out to see him anyway but would just like to hear your thoughts.
