Im doing a show in two weeks time,
at Harolds park farm.
The classes im am doing are:
Ridden hunter
Riding horse
Novice horse/pony

Just wondering if anyone could take a look at him
and tell me if by looking he would be okay for the classes.
Also How would be the best way to keep him in a outline and less knee action?
He is a hackney x.

Also he can be quite lazy, but i can not ride in spurs.
Thanks for any help

He looks more of a hnuter type to me so why don't you do the novice horse, hunter and riding club horse?

There is not much you can do about his action though!

He will be fine in those classes, when schooling can you use a stick to get him to move when you tell him to with your leg (a reinforcement).

Okay thanks,
Yeah i have a show cane which i plan to take with me.
and when i school i use the long schooling whips.
