could i do cob classes with this boy?

does any body think i could do cob classes with this fella. he is 15.1. is there a difference between the classes in ireland and UK. i live in Ireland.

i know the pictures after great to judge him off but they are all i have of him.

He looks just generally too fine. Is he a connemara or other native cross bred? He looks rather like a friends oversized connie who is amazing.

no, far too small aand light. looks more suited to M&M (if eligible) or part bred M&M. Other than that, then i woud go for riding horse or working hunter.
