Saffy is going in to the vets tomorrow to have 2 mammary lumps removed She is 12 so I'm stressing about the GA of course, although she had pre op bloods done yesterday and everything came back fine. Tbh if she was an old, doddery 12 year old I would probably have just left them and let her enjoy life, but she is a picture of health so think its probably best to get them removed whilst they are still small. Luckily she adores going to the vets and greets the staff like long lost friends so I have no concerns about leaving her, but will still be waiting anxiously by the phone all day.

Thank you everyone for the vibes. I took her in this morning and she bounced into the waiting room and proceeded to have a lovely game with a springer waiting to be seen. She trotted off very happily with the nurse with her tail wagging, so can definitely say she wasn't stressed in the slightest. Its now sitting by the phone time, although I'm going to take the others a walk in a minute as I don't expect to hear till this afternoon. Will keep you updated.
