Hi , My good doer native has been on Alpha a lite for some time, going very nicely and a thoroughly nice person to ride untill his feed has been changed to dengie healthy tummy. He has become spooky and tense, and generally on his toes, not in a good way. The only real difference i can see in the nutritional values is the oil percentages, higher in the healthy tummy, could that be sending him over the edge?

He isnt keen on the Alpha A, so does anyone have any suggestions on what may be suitable. He does not have the recomended amount of feed, its a token when he comes in, and first thing in the morning.. Alph alpha pellets were suggested by the feed advice line to be fed alongside the Alpha A, but that would increase the oil intake. Any suggestions would be great, as I have a dressage test very soon and Im keen to have us both do a half decent job.

Alfa a is equivalent of low energy mix so defo wouldn't give that. Obvious thing would be to put him back on the lite, why did u change it?

Thanks for the reply, swapped as its a complete feed, have changed to normal feed and hopefully normality will return.
