Could this saddle be adjusted do you think?

Fellow livery has a haflinger about 15hh. Last year she bought a second hand Sue Carson saddle and had the air adjusted to fit her horse.

Now she is selling the horse and I would like to make an offer for the saddle, however my horse is 16.2hh 3/4 TB with a typical TB high wither.

Could the saddle be adjusted? It's far too wide as it is. I don't want to buy it and then have to sell it on as it's quite an expensive saddle to make a mistake with.

Haflingers tend to be flat backed so I'd suspect the tree would be the wrong shape, there is so much more to saddle fit than just width.

Agree with sbloom, in a word no, it can't be adjusted, tree will be the wrong shape
