OH just made it in from work having been unable to get to the village where Daisy lives, let alone to the yard

Poor thing will be frantic by now, she should have come in two hours ago.

YOs phone had no signal so had to resort to ringing YOs daughter and ask her to sort Daisy out but I don't actually know where she lives

I feel terrible, she was really unhappy about the snow yesterday, it sounds much worse today and her stable hasn't been mucked out, her haynet isn't made up and YO won't know that I've been giving her extra feed

I only hope that I can get there in the morning...

this weather is causing chaos, it has taken sis 3 hrs to travel what normally takes her 15mins! Good job I've done both horses so she doesn't have to go to the yard! She's still not home yet despite setting off before 4pm, normally only 30 mins journey home!

I know...it has been snowing here more and got deep again so no chance going anywhere. Went for a walk and ended up popping in at a friends for a few hours and when we went to leave...the snow was really deep and still falling. So we had to hike home down a steep hill in the dark and I was panicking about my boy being out in it (although he has a field stable to go in).
Got to the field (can walk there) and he was fine! Glad to come in for his tea but warm and dry under his snow covered rug...as usual it was me that was bothered...not him!

Usually the way with nags, we worry ourselves stupid about snow, rain, horridness and they are having the time of their lives playing about in it, under cozy rugs!!!
