I have put my name on the waiting list and was just wondering what's the average you pay for your council owned grazing?

Do you get stables/water or just the field?

Are you restricted to how many horses?

basically renting council owned grazing but usually there are massive waiting lists and the only way to find out if there is any is to put your name on the waiting list..
