So my good old faithful Mudruckers finally need replacing.

I thought I'd go for a nicer looking boot this time around although only have about 130 to spend so Dubarrys are out of the question. Ordered some Cabotswood Burlingtons which looked fab but sadly they've arrived and the calf is just too baggy around my leg ( I am no skinny minny but don't have massive calves). So back to the drawing board :-(

I don't need to be able to ride in said boots but pretty much live in them away from work lol. Must be durable, warm and waterproof.

Any suggestions most welcome.

Thanks

Uttings have Sebago Dorset boots on sale for £99 (£100 off).

They are (advertised as) waterproof- haven't put mine to the test yet-smart and very comfortable. They are quite wide on the leg though

Thank you I will take a look :)

I got some Shires broadway boots a few weeks ago - they appear to be waterproof, comfy, feel sturdy and I've ridden comfortably in both western and english tack in them :)

I've got Toggi leather boots, they cost £99. My calves are 13" and they fit me with a bit of room to spare, but not masses. They are definitely waterproof and very comfy. Only bought them in September so can't talk about how well they stand up to use, but I already like them better than my old Dublin riverboots.

I have Toggi canyons. I've had them for about 6 months, only worn them for yard work and general pottering about but so far really pleased with them, they are warm, waterproof and very comfortable. I had Dublin Rivers before which were ok but I prefer the toggis. I also tried Derby house Kinpurnie deluxe boots which were rubbish, the sole cracked after only a few months. I did get a refund though which I was pleased about!
I also have Ariat Windemeres which are gorgeous boots. I've had them for a couple of years but I keep them for best (so no yard duties) so I can't comment on how hard wearing and waterproof they are.

I have Toggi canyons. I have had them about 6 months and going strong. I wear them daily to walk dogs and yard work unless mega wet. Friend had had hers over a year and no issues. I had dublin pinnacles before. I had two pairs that lasted quite well.
