Country Boots for cold feet!

I always have cold feet, so have to choose my footwear carefully. As it is my 30th soon i was going to heavily hint to the OH that i would rather like a pair of country boots.

Any recommendations and recommendations for ones that would be good for cold feet would be fab?

Any boots that i should totally avoid?

I love my Ariat Windermeres. Had them a year now and they still clean up like new.

Nice and warm too!

love my toggi ! can wade through water in them and they dont leak, come up like new too - I have the toggi columbus - very tough but not enough heel to ride in but thats not what mine are for - wear them every single day down yard - wouldnt be without them. Mine are bit enough to get a nice thick pair of socks in - they are also very generous on the calf !

Tuffa country riders, sheepskin lined, wear all year round think third or fourth year now, very warm in winter, love them!

I have some Tuffa ones, which are Wool lined ........ great if you have wide calfs as well, as they are expandable ......

I have to say, you can't beat a pair of Dubarrys, or Ariat Grasmeres if you're going to be riding.

I reaaally suffer with cold feet, and can cope in either of the above with just one pair of thin socks, even last winter when it got to -23* here!

I have the tuffa suffolks (which used to have lambs wool lining - think it's now sheeps wool?) and they are fantastic.

But so are my OH's leather Le Chameaus

I agree with Starzaan, Ariat Grasmeres are lovely and toasty even with thin socks. I think that the fact you lace them to fit your calf all the way up helps, as it keeps the draughts out, and a warm leg certainly helps send warm blood down to the toes!

Found my Ariat's to be a all-year staple, also have the WW spectrums and they are very nice in winter too, around the same price.

Love my Ariat Grasmeres, perfect all year round. Treat yourself to some heat holder socks too, they are brilliant.

Love my Dubarry's. Never had cold feet in them so far (and thats with normal thin socks).
