I love the dubarry's and dublin river talls but they are too much money for a poor student! So reccommendations for value version/cheap places to buy the top brands

Have a look at http://www.welligogs.com They do their own - very similar to dubarry's but cheaper. They are immensely comfortable

They are online but also at most of the big shows/events so you can go along and try them on.

I got my dublin pair from equestrianclearance.com - always good for a bargain!

I love these FAR more than my Dubarrys which I don't wear at all now. I bought two pairs as spares when I left the UK three years ago, but still haven't worn out my original set yet (5 years old and still going strong) I do use one new pair as 'tidy' boots away from the farm. never bother with the zip I just slip them on and off.

I got all mine brand new on eBay far cheaper than list price. I wish I had had the foresight to buy loads more because I am always being asked where I got them from.
