Looking for some budget country/riding boots, considering : Sherwood Dalton, Toggi Canyon, Just Togs Denver, Sherwood Kingston,Dublin Pinnacle, HkM etc.
Originally was going to go for Dublin River but have read some bad reviews on them so would appreciate any advice if you have tried any of theses. I have wide calves also so need some with a generous fit

I love my Toggi Hudsons! They have lasted me almost 3 years and still going strong, I wear them every day to the yard and they don't half get some abuse! They scrub up well and are still waterproof, and were only £100, but I've seen them about online for around £80-90 from time to time. When they finally give up (fingers crossed they'll see me through another winter or 2) I'm 100% getting another pair! x

Dubarry without a doubt. Ive had mine for 3 years- ive ridden, hiked and walked in mine and still going strong, though starting to go a bit shabby now.
I got another pair this chirstmas so i keep those for good (competitions, shows etc etc..)

I know they are expensive but soooo worth it, Gortex, waterproof and really warm, the liners for them are good too :D

I've got some Dublin river boots and they have been fine for me.. I found that the Dubarry's were too long in the leg for me (but I am only short). I have wideish calves and the river boots for fine :) I only wear them for best ad they are really looked after too :p

Have a look on equestrian direct -they have some really good bargains on there at the moment. Have used them quite a lot and can recommend the service. I quite fancy the Cabots wood ones myself. :):)

Havent seen which Cabotswood ones are on equestrian direct, but i can definitely vouch for them - had mine a couple of years, still warm in winter, cool in summer, and waterproof.
