I placed an order with these people on the 20th MAY for two saddlecloths. Finally got ONE of them about 10 days ago but not the other.

I have emailed them about 4 times and tried to call them on numerous occassions about the other saddlecloth. Never had a reply or managed to get through.

Am now considering taking them to the small claim court for the money they owe me.

Just thought I would let others know so that they dont get 'caught' like I seem to have been.

Uhoh! I just ordered some breeches that were out of stock at Surrey Pet Supplies, from Country Supplies.
They've debited my card, on Weds when I ordered, but no confirmation email or anything yet

Well im really not impressed and like I said will be taking them to the small claims court over it unless they credit my account back next week. Am sending off for the papers on monday so they have till I get them to sort this out.

I thought'd they'd be okay for ordering stuff. I got my stuff (although of course you have to wait 7 days+ before you get it), but I wasn't impressed that my exercise bandages did not look like the photo.... they have those darn velcro strips which you have to put through some metal loop. Rawr.
 
i ordered a bit and stirrup irons in the middle of april, recieved the bit about 10 days after and it said on delivery note ''item to follow''i forgot about it, OH reminded me in mid may so rang them and spoke to a man and he said they were sent with bit, i told him they weren't so he was meant to phone me back to let me know when they were going to send out another pair. i never heard back, like you i sent emails and tried phoning but no luck and then last week i recieved them!!! so you never know it might turn up, i would never buy from them again though.
