Have been waiting 5 weeks or so to get the boots I ordered, had a confirmation email at the time but nothiing since! I have emailed at least 4 times now, even down to the point of asking if they are real, with actual humans working there, but no reply! No reply on the tel either.

Just wondered if anyone else has used them and with what results?

They haven't taken my money yet (not supposed to until despatch) so am not worried on that front (although they did take card details online at time of order) but I WANT THE BOOTS! I don't seem to be able to find the boots elsewhere so have persevered with this but can't cancel the order anyway as they won't reply to me!

I had to ring them when only part of an order arrived as they didn't answer my emails

no explaination or apology which was a bit annoying ! I'm still waiting for a refund

Shame as an earlier order came through without a hitch.
 
They dont ever seem to answer emails.. i am chasing an order at the moment which hasnt arrived. Your best bet is to call them.
 
I ordered a bridle and a pair of reins from them a couple of months ago. Waited 10 days and parcel arrived. Opened it and only the reins were there with a messy note written in marker saying "Bridle to follow". So waited another week and nothing so phoned up. Aparrently it wasn't in stock for another week but at no point did anyone try to contact me to let me know. Almost a month later it did arrive.
 
I ordered before from them - it took 4 weeks and when i tried to email no reply. Eventually got through on the phone to a rather rude man telling me that 4 weeks was normal delivery time.
 
I ordered a cottage craft flat hunter bridle and two weeks later after chasing my order I received a cottage craft raised hunter bridle with grakle noseband which incidently should have been £16.00 dearer so I rang them to query the price and they said they had no flat hunters in stock and would charge me the same price so I kept it!! thought I could buy a flat hunter cavesson noseband at a later date but I can't find just a cottage craft hunter noseband anywhere in cob size apparently they don't sell then seperately!!! Don't know if I would use them again I'm a bit wary now
