I am posting for a friend who wants to do county level showing with her horse. I have no idea where to start with this as this is not my thing really, so helpful peeps,
who can give me some information on where I can get the information she needs or how to get started.
many thanks
Dawn

What sort of horse has she got? What classes is she doing at the moment?
I would say she should contact the British show hack, cob and riding horse association and they will help point her in the right direction for what she wants to do,
If you need contact details pm me

She needs to do inhand showing, and has a coloured mare registered with ChAPS. However, she does not want to solely do coloured showing. She has had many wins in normal level and came second in the championship, the judge said she would love to see her in county level, which was a great compliment, but she does not know where to start. I will try the ones suggested #
Thanks
Dawn

I was doing local shows with my coloureds and then just entered my mare in to my local county show and went from there.
If she's CHAPS registered she can contact them to find out about local county shows to her and just brave it and enter. Or look up on http://www.ridingdiary.co.uk/ for shows that have the classes she wants to do.
