Hello all, I'm am intermittent poster, but am in need of some help, so I have come here to share in your wealth of knowledge!

I have a piece of coursework about harness due in soon, and while I can wing my way through single and pair, I need help with team and tandem (mostly tandem).

The questions are:

3. With the aid of drawing, diagrams and/or pictures, produce a written description of the components and fitting of tandem harness.

4. With the aid of drawing, diagrams and/or pictures, produce a written description of the components and fitting differences of team harness, to that of tandem harness.

If anyone could help me with any of this, I would be very grateful. You would be credited fully in the coursework, naturally.

Thanks in advance.

There is quite a big difference between tandem and team harness IMO. The wheelers pad (tugs vs not, 2 figure 8/one/3, the wheelers breeching, the no. roger rings on the bridle, the reins, the collars are v likely to be different team wheeler vs tandem wheeler unless it's one of the modern ones that can be used for either.
Check out the zilco catalogue for both harnesses broken up :)
You can have a look at my facebook if you want pictures- Dad came 3rd at the national championships driving team last weekend :)

Recently I completed my coursework with this topic during my research I found it’s depend on the type of harness is used, there may be mentioned a loop instead of a British withers. The bastards fit over the tail on the donkey, but it is not possible to use his hindquarters to inhibit the charge as the British do. If you have two sets of armor, one with and one with a British bastards, the mules are used in combination with the one wearing the bastards at the front and the other on the back, closest to the vehicle. Hook the British to pole straps and neck collar straps.
