Cover for outdoor school

Hello there .
I was wondering if the clear span ( plastic type roof ) system was still available in the U.K. for an outdoor arena and if anyone here had either bought or used one and could tell me where to buy one or a similar system from and how much it costs ?

You need planning and it's really hard to get I know someone who applied for a roof over an existing menage and the council kept refusing so they wrote to the queen they did eventually get it but it wasn't easy.

Someone did it near me and it cost £60K for a 20 x 40 steel frame roof over the school (so not Clear Span). Not sure Clear Span are still going?

Cheaper is to plant hedging (conifer?) all around it - not quite the same but does protect you from quite a lot of weather.

Thank you - yes ! Good idea . I certainly haven’t got £60 K to spare .

My neighbour put up a hanger, which was a temporary building, the only problem was the first good wind and it blew the cover off.

So now its just the frame, which is still classed as temporary/portable, although it's been there for over two years.
It depends on how much space you have
