Covering certificate - where to go from here

I bought an arab filly off a friend of a friend, she is 2 years old. I need to get her a passport but I'd like to get it from the AHS so she is registered. (I know I should have got her with the passport....)

I have managed to get a covering certificate from the old owner who bred her. That's all I have.

What should I do from here?
