Even before boris did his speech last night BASC had issued a message saying shoiting was back on. I've also seen lots of equestrian venues advertising again and comps advertised. Are all outdoor sports back on no matter what tier you end up in. We wont know more on tiers until thursday?

I have been wondering - I am seeing comps advertised for December that surely can't be certain they can run as yet?

If I were an equestrian business, I would be planning too. If the restrictions stop play, then they won't be running. People need booking, customers will plan on somewhere else if you don't advertise your pans.

It’s all a bit bonkers. But with trying to plan for xmas and seeing family, I’m going to be careful, before and after Xmas and avoid indoor public activities as much as possible. I do think horse events are pretty low risk though especially if they are outdoors and they tend to be naturally distanced. People need some fun to plan for I think and businesses need to max revenue.

But yes it’s not yet clear what can actually take place. I think we’re all getting the hang of cancellations too!
