Cow Pats

We moved about 7 weeks ago and my mares came with me. They are on 24/7 turn out, initially on a 3 acre paddock (not lush but good grazing), now fenced onto a much smaller patch to stop them blowing! My smaller mare (coloured cob type) has had cow pats for the last few weeks (circa 3), which i intially put down to a change of environment. She looks well, has a good appetite and is bright and perky. I put her on brewers yeast about 3 weeks ago and then about 10 days ago on topspecs digestive aid - she gets this with a small amount of unmolassed beet. It seems to be helping a little but it is still an issue.

Is there anything else i can give her or do i at this stage just call a vet?

This may be a stupid comment, but are you definitely feeding the right amount of the topspec?
I started my mare on a topspec balancer and accidentally fed her 400grams per meal rather than per day and she had cow pats. The topspec feeds vary as some amounts are stated per day and some (like the ulsakind) are stated per meal.
