Cracked tooth?

When my TB has been fed recently he eats quite happily until there is a noise a bit like he's eaten something he wasn't supposed to. A bit like if we were eating pheasant and had a bite of a bit of shot. He then opens mouth and all food drops out.

Could he have a cracked tooth? I've had a look in front but can't see anything and I think its probably his grinding teeth.

He only had them done a month ago which is why I was wondering whether he had managed to crack his tooth instead.
