Cracker visits a childrens hospice

Just seen the lastest update on Cracker. Amy from Hope Pastures was telling me today he has had a virus and cough which has delayed his work as a therapy pony.

Just come in and seen the update on Facebook. He did his first pony therapy session at a children hospice today.

So pleased he has found himself a good home and a useful job.

Ha, hilarious photos! The indignity of some of those outfits! So nice that they're bringing happiness to young and old though.

Not sure, I think they go inside the hospices and old folks homes.

The birthday parties look like they are in village halls or similar venues, I doubt if they would fit into homes, unless they were very very big.

I'm waiting for the Cracker pics, I hope the little man has something different to pink, he'll never live it down if he doesn't :D :D

Aw just seen his update - lovely news and photos. Glad to see there are some good, heart warming stories to outweigh all the negative ones.

Wish this little star all the best in his new home x

Oh dear, I thought the pony pics were of the families and brothers and sisters. I know the kids hospices involve everyone. I was assuming they did not post pics of patients, I hope I am right. Poor poor kids and families.
 
Hi everyone in the Cracker fan club just to give u update on him hes a fab chap and so well mannered and has had oodles of extra big TLC as not been well had a cough ( think they call that man cough) lol anyway hes well recoverd and lapped the attention and was so brave with his antibiotics bless.
On thursday befor gud friday he did a fantastic job of loading on box and joining Molly on his first official outing as a Therapy pony We went to Zoes place a hospice in Eston cleveland to give rides to small children and sibblings very touching and also hands on therapy the smiles from the chidrens faces and excitment was just majical and Cracker was such a big hit with them Took it all in his stride and was a real gent at treat time:):) We are so very lucky to have him and been able to give him a gud home that hes settled into and loves the attention and been part of our team family:D:D:D:D:D if u can get on face book theres pic on there i will try to put sum on here, to all thats interested in our CRACKER xxxxxxx WELL DONE LITTLE CHAP:D:D:D:D:D

Bless him with his man cough lol :D

We've helped a few horses in need on here as a forum but I think this ending is one of my favourite, it's a perfect job for him and you gain a complete dude to help your awesome work :) :)
