Tink really seems to have aged in the last year (she's 9) and is a bit stiff getting up in the mornings or after being laid down a while, and generally seems a bit creaky/clicky first thing. Once she's "warmed up" she still tears about like a mad thing and has no qualms about jumping off heights and things (although I will try and discourage this now

Do you think a joint supplement would help her? Any reccomendations? There seems to be such a range and don't want to waste money on something that won't work (do any of them even work?!)

Cheap end

More expensive but worth it?

Any suggestions? Or am I better off saving my money?

Obviously if she appears in pain/got worse she would be trotted off to the vets.

Get human ones instead - cheaper!

Henry has Tescos joint care, which is Omega 3 fish oil, chondroitin and glucosamine. He has one a day.

My vet recommended using human ones, you could always give yours a ring and check if you want to be sure.

Lucy-Nottingham recommended these particular ones, Henry just did a 6 mile walk with hills (a great shock to the Norfolk system
