cream for hair regrowth over wounds

would anyone know any creams or potions that will encourage hair growth over old sounds. horse had a hock flush and can't get the final steroid injections until all the hair is grown back over the wounds from op. has anyone found anything that helps speed up hair growth? here's a pic of a typical wound she had cheers!
