OK so I can't get Cortaflex on the cheap from America any more, and I can't afford it at UK prices, so I want to source a budget alternative.
I believe recommendations that have been made in the past on HHO include Riaflex and Premierflex HA.
Riaflex comes in 2 formulations 50:50 (Glucosamine and MSM) at £26 for 2 months supply, and Riaflex Complete which also includes Chondroitin for £42. Big difference .... is it worth the extra?
Premierflex HA includes Glucosamine, MSM, Omega 3 oils, Chondroitin and Hyaluronic Acid (HA). 4 months supply costs £39.99.
Comparing the analysis rather makes my brain ache, so I would much prefer to ask if anyone has had good results from either of these?
.... or from any other alternative in the budget price range?
