Although I hate Farmkey with a passion. I have to thank the Technician that came out 4:30pm yesterday to remark my boy (due to the previous Technician's incompetencies - yes he has been "let go of"). She was wonderful and patient, although late through no fault of her own. She basically got the vets to leave as they were stressing my boy out (they sent a student that couldnt get the sedative in) and she persevered and clipped and re-marked him with little / no fuss. Complete competency all around whilst giving us lots of advice that could and should have been given last time. I am about to write a huge thank you letter to post. Some people really are worth their weight in gold.
